She specializes in implementing customized growth plans, providing systems and training, and applying industry best practices to her clients' practices. Blair brings a decade of experience in supporting entrepreneurial dentists to accomplish their goals.

Before joining Aligned Dental Partners in 2019, Blair held roles at two esteemed consulting organizations. Most recently, Blair was the Director of Business Development for a dental consultancy. While there she assessed dental offices and dental groups for operational inefficiencies. Then, she tailored growth plans for these clients that provided systems and training, reduced stress, and increased income for her clients. Prior to that, Blair was a practice management and marketing consultant and offered consulting and advisory support to hundreds of dentists throughout the US and Canada.
