Why Your Schedule Keeps Falling Apart and How to Stop It: Master the 3 Hidden Numbers Behind Schedule Gaps

Session Overview:

In this breakout session, you will be able to identify the three key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly impact schedule consistency and practice profitability. Discover how diagnostic percentage, patient acceptance percentage, and treatment dollar acceptance work together to drive — or disrupt — production and collections. Then, explore how you can implement simple systems within Dental Intelligence to track, improve, and align these metrics across the entire team.

Key Takeaways:
  • Understand how diagnosis directly affects production and collections.
  • Learn how case acceptance starts with building value and ends with making it easy to say yes.
  • See how the schedule becomes a team priority — and not just an admin problem — when everyone uses the treatment planning tools within Dental Intelligence.
