Jake has broad experience in healthcare M&A advisory, capital investment planning, and financial planning and analysis. This background along with his military leadership experience enables him to help dentists understand the range of strategic options they have to maximize the equity value in their practice.

With experience in healthcare investment banking under his belt, Jake joined MB2 Dental before they had secured private equity backing. Since then, he has built the largest business development team in the industry, from one to 20+ M&A professionals across two different investment cycles. This growth fueled an impressive track record, closing 450+ transactions.

Jake and his wife, Laura, live in Frisco, Texas with their two kids, Audrey and Hunter. When Jake is not at work, he has a side hustle as his kids' Uber driver for their countless sports practices and games. Jake enjoys a well-made Old Fashioned (outside of working hours).
