With more than twenty years of financial sector experience, Jim Moore is a partner-advisor in Allworth’s Lawrence, Kansas office. In addition to having earned numerous industry certifications, including a Certified Financial Planner™️ designation, Jim serves on the board of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the State Board of Directors for NAIFA, and is a member of the Lawrence Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Jim is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. When not meeting with clients, Jim and his wife Allison enjoy taking their three boys to KU sporting events, Kansas City Royals games, and traveling.

Kelly Richards is a partner advisor in Allworth's Phoenix, Arizona office. Kelly studied Business Management at Snow College in Utah before embarking on a career in the financial sector in 2005. A cancer survivor and active volunteer in his community, Kelly Richards lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Miranda and their three children, Jackson, Grace, and Hudson.
