Yana Embury is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Dental Intelligence, where she partners with some of the largest dental organizations in the country to drive profitability, scalability, and team alignment through data-driven insights.
A trained dentist originally from Ukraine, Yana brings a unique 360° perspective to dentistry, having served in nearly every role within a practice — from dental assistant and treatment coordinator to office manager and director of operations. Yana's hands-on experience gives her a remarkable ability to understand the challenges faced by each team member while turning data into practical, role-specific solutions.
Beyond her deep operational knowledge, Yana draws on more than a decade of studying business and psychology to coach executive leaders, clinical providers, and office teams on building high-performing organizations. Known for her strategic mindset, empathetic leadership, and talent for simplifying complex concepts, she has helped DSOs and private practices alike strengthen their culture, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable growth.
